住宿地离沟口比较近，步行10几分钟。总体还行，比较方便，就是遇上了停电，还好酒店还准备了发电机

从没住过这么差的房间！简直是黑店！空调是坏的，九寨沟那么冷，说什么空调不能调到30度，我们后来只调26度还是带不起来，修也没修好！被褥是脏的，躺下去都闻得到难闻的味道，屋子里还有类似苍蝇的虫子！地毯上全是头发！跟前台说换房，和我们说是网上订的，太便宜，好房子不能给你们！明明有早餐，在网上订的却显示没双早，入住的时候前台连有早餐的事提都没提！没有服务意识摆脱你别做服务行业行吗？！恶心！！
