餐厅和前台服务很棒！有车随时接送换乘中心。餐饮味道好价格比农家还便宜，旅游景区内的良心酒店。只是客房服务有待改进

有地暖很好，有纱窗就好了，饭菜很好，服务态度也好，要带防蚊液，外套一件足够了，早晚凉，中午还蛮热的

在喀纳斯景区里的酒店，其实性价比不高，600多一晚的房间，虽然大，但是设施很简单。
酒店有专门的短驳车，会在游客中心和酒店之间往返，大概5分钟车程。随叫随接，这点很方便。
虽说是靠湖的，可是走到喀纳斯湖边，还需要10－－15分钟的时间。
洗澡要动作快一点，因为洗着洗着水就凉了。

酒店设施稍微老旧，不过在景区内比其他山庄要好，晚上在院子里看满天繁星，特别美丽，前台服务人员态度很好，酒店有车到换乘中心很方便

酒店还不错就是价格太贵了不太划算…还有酒店周围的布局不太合理绕来绕去的，但是风景还算不错。不过最近是旅游旺季这边房间都猛涨，看到有些酒店原本100多的房涨到500多简直坑爹。
