酒店环境好，房间舒适有地暖，但是3楼服务员第一晚在储藏室大声说笑敲打影响睡眠，餐厅总是优先团队客人就餐，散客就要等待，这点让人不满意

在换乘中心打电话，酒店派车来接，入住5号楼，房间宽敞，有地暖，从酒店可沿栈道十几分钟走到湖边码头，乘船游湖，早晨7点有车免费送到神仙湾观晨雾。推荐。

严重推荐喀纳斯山庄，新装修的2号楼，美丽风景，加上美丽住处，最美的心情，值得一提的是，以宰人闻名的喀纳斯，这个四星标准的湖边Villa的美食，味道和价格绝对比周边的123星标准性价比都高，硬件不用说，外面不管多少度，地暖房间始终30度，冷这个字体会不到；软件也不赖，服务让人感动到流泪。给要去的童鞋一个参考～

酒店位置在喀纳斯景区内，离喀纳斯湖很近，走路10分钟。服务非常热情，周到。帮我换到阳面的房间，房间内有地暖。酒店到换乘中心有免费班车接送。早晨还能免费车去看晨雾。若赶早班飞机，还能免费送到贾登峪。再从贾登峪坐机场大巴到机场。就是房费有点贵，不过在景区内还是一家很好的酒店。

据说跟景区内的游船什么的，一家公司开的，还是住在景区里面方便，否则来回到贾登裕太耽误时间精力了，酒店到换乘中心有免费巴士，还有专门早上7点送去看晨雾的车，吃饭不是很贵，拉条子35手抓饭45大羊肉串15，质量不错，就是热水是电热水器的，但应该也是没办法。
