还行，景区里的唯一酒店，设施还是可以的，但是房间里的浴缸居然不能用。服务不错，酒店里吃饭价格偏高，不过还可以欣赏到本地的舞蹈。酒店可以送客人到车站，比较便利。早饭一般，马马虎虎。就是景点比较坑爹，免费的景点基本没有专门的区间车，相当不方便，其他另外收费的景点，车子很多，这点很不好。

1.接客：从打电话通知酒店到到车辆到达换乘中心，整整等了半个多小时，也不报车牌号，带着孩子在太阳底下暴晒了好久，通过携程联系，他们才来。2.入住：前台回答问题不准确，不专业，态度也很差。3卫生:酒店卫生不好，进去的时候看到地砖破烂，并且洗手池下一滩污渍，和酒店反映了才来重新打扫。4:酒店有个大露台，扶手上很多木刺，小孩子去阳台手腕上被木刺扎的象刺猬似的，后来再去医院取出。而新疆的克拉玛依中心医院需要盖医院章要工作日才可以，但旅游的人哪等得了那么长时间。因此保险公司无法索赔，给整个旅途造成了极大的困扰以及浪费我们的大量的时间。一次非常糟糕的体验。

酒店在绿水青山中，是一栋栋小洋房，酒店帮我们免费升级到了家庭房，很大，很干净，房间内设施也很全。酒店位置离喀纳斯湖700米，步道散歩，可以到喀纳斯湖边，一路风景很美。
