很好，淡季时入住的酒店，价格便宜…就是晚上有点冷，好彩房间有暖气机，酒店附近景色漂亮，穿梭酒店和服务中心的司机也是很热情，因为晚餐的关系，接送我们一次又一次…

周围景色很漂亮，酒店在喀纳斯景区算好的了，提供到换乘中心的接送，就是下车点到酒店门口还有条小路要走，拖着行李箱挺累的

酒店硬件和周边环境很好，就在喀纳斯湖边，但服务极一般，房间电视有问题，打了三个电话，等了半小时，才来人。明明订单含早餐，酒店却不认，还是携程专业，补了早餐费。服务与价格不匹配。
