有暖气，像个小别墅，如果不是住一楼，就更完美了。餐厅食材较贵，但是周围环境非常好，沿着喀纳斯湖走一走，小雨淅沥沥。

在喀纳斯景区中应该算上很好的酒店了，酒店位置很好离喀纳斯湖很近。设施也不错，有免费车接送至换乘中心，很方便。早餐也算是比较丰盛了。缺点是房间没有保险柜，淋浴的门密封不严，洗完澡后弄得到处是水。希望能有所改进，下次有机会还会入住的

与美景融合度极高的酒店，下行几分钟可至湖边，有缘的朋友还可看到树丛中的松鼠。酒店免费接送及时、非常方便。

这么贵的房间 简直就可以在北上广住五星 不得不吐槽一下～房间打扫很粗糙，只是把床铺一下，添了一些卫生间用品，矿泉水不给放，卫生间地面完全没擦，马桶也不刷～酒店自带的饭店巨贵，点了餐也不给送房间，还要加收服务费～晚上从游客中心要回酒店，给前台打电话，告诉我过了八点半司机下班，不能接了，后来旁边车的司机告诉我，刚看见我们酒店的车开过去，还可以接的，真是无语～这是第一次吐槽住过的酒店，不过客观评价，虽然种种无奈，但在景区中还是最好的了，怕吃苦的还是可以考虑的，外面景色不错
