离喀纳斯湖游船售票处比较近，适合家庭入住，餐厅菜品味道不错，价格可接受。房价相比还是显昂贵，不过，8月份正值旅游旺季，选择其它时间入住可能性价比更高。

酒店装修也就4星水平，在风景区里面，定价高些可以理解，但感觉定价有些偏高，酒店太小家子气，不仅不提供早餐，房间里面连起码的抽纸也不提供，景区蚊子既多又毒，但房间不提供灭蚊器，蚊子咬了只有忍着，让人感到不舒服。同时，出酒店门右手拐延木栈道，五分钟左右就到喀纳斯湖换乘站，从这里免费乘景区游览车可到景区任何地方，但如果用酒店的车送一趟，大概3公里左右的路程，要400元，不知道这个价格怎么定的。这个酒店给人的感觉是反正是游客，不可能再来，能宰一次就一次。花了钱，不爽！

去喀纳斯湖提前一天订的，但到了景区就十点多了，酒店原来是在喀纳斯湖景区内的，但是景区已经关门了，所以订该酒店前一定要算好时间。

酒店的位置和环境都很好，交通也挺方便。就是房间的卫生间下水管道发出难闻气味，很臭。我们反映过后酒店原本承诺换房的，最后又用了各种理由不给予换房。我想一定是他们的其他房间都有这种情况~

景区价格贵可以理解，但服务意识太欠缺了，比起前面评论增加了免费接送景区中转服务中心的服务，算是有所改善吧。酒店设施还算齐全，但是和价格比起来还是差距太大了。
