服务水平低下，特别是前台，爱理不理的。整个感觉团队是没有经过培训的。房间的很多细节做得不够人性化，该有的没有，不该有的却有。服务手册上的服务承诺完全是忽悠人的，很多都没有，例如帮叫出租车服务，既然没有就不要写。

作为当地的一家官办四星级酒店，安全方面有保障，酒店紧邻当地的滨河公园，可以散散步。但是，相关的服务却和四星级和它的价格相差甚远。1、晚上没有热水也不提前告知，差点洗了冷水澡感冒。2、早餐很简单、不丰富。3、新疆干燥，内地人特别是南方人是比较难受的，房间没有配置加湿器、另外这里的水有点硬，房间也没有配备瓶装水。4、房间的点菜单失效了，没有及时更换，点餐需要到一楼看到菜单才行。5、餐厅的服务员就像没培训过的一样，感觉就像到了一家生意不好的小餐馆。6、总体觉得员工的培训缺乏，对不住四星级的牌子。
