环境不错，窗外视觉很好！房间还好，设施有些老旧，卫生间下水道味很大！早餐券不提前给也不告知，非要第二天一早到前台领，不知道的去了餐厅又倒过来去领，服务欠缺！信用卡刷预售却被刷成消费，害得结账时不停的重刷信用卡…无语

差差差……餐具不洗干净；客房打扫马虎，有一次还把垃圾袋连垃圾留在桌上食物旁；前台态度差，特别那个叫八音花的，上次退房时再三问要不要确认信用卡预售，还不耐烦我，说我离开后她自己确认就行，结果车都开出一条街了打电话让我回去，从头到尾没有一点歉意，这是我见过最NB的前台，要不是公司指定，绝对不住这烂地方!
