  Une honte ! Le plus horrible des hotels de toute ma vie. Sale, mauvaise odeurs et le comble : pas de douche ! Ni dans la chambre ni de douche commune. Comment passer 4 nuits dans un hotel sans se doucher. Je regrette fortement que ********* cautionne ce genre d'arnaque. 15 ans que je reserve mes hotel avec la plateforme, c'est aujourd'hui terminé! Il n'ont rien fait pour m'aider a part me faire attendre 2H au telephone. Pour ********* louer une chambre sans pouvoir se laver est normal, j'aurai du verifier que la douce n'etait pas marqué. Attention lors de vos reservations qu'il y ai bien douche, lit, matelas, porte, fenetre marqué sur l'annonce pour ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises !

  这酒店巨满意！！！洗澡和卸粧和上厕所都是分开的！！可以和朋友各干各的！！有卸粧的有爽肤水有乳液！！这个喝的水居然还是铝罐的！ 其次airporter送到酒店以后他们直接帮忙放房间里了！晚上去甚至不用去取行李！！超满意！ 附近有地铁！去梅田两站地铁！真的很好！

  春节带老婆女儿来良壤住了一晚，主要为亲子游，体验非常好，有机会还会二刷！ 设施：酒店设计非常舒服，是一个大的四合院布局，中心是亭子，设计风格结合中式及现代极简，酒廊的第一排view特别有感觉，另外晚上酒店的灯光效果看上去也很特别； 房间：卫生整洁，房间空间还是比较大的，印象深刻的是浴缸特别大，同时也有两个洗手台以及干湿分离，另外还有一个大露台，整体是符合这个价位的； 环境：酒店离西塘古镇很近，步行有10分钟可达；如果不想去喧闹的西塘古镇，也可以去酒店旁边的良人市集逛逛，里面有许多小资咖啡馆及茶馆，非常chill，带娃的话可以去酒店对面的农场逛逛，里面可以喂小动物这些； 服务：酒店服务特别热情，基本见到的服务人员都会主动和客人打招呼，这次由于是带娃，感觉服务人员也特别nice及耐心的和娃打招呼及交流，这个点赞；同时也点名表扬下管家小亮，在春节客流较大的情况下还是提供了无微不至的周到高效服务！ 遗憾：这次由于全家都有点感冒，没有体验酒店的网红泳池，希望有机会二刷可以体验

  ?????? Overall stay at Brisbane Marriott We recently stayed at the Brisbane Marriott ?for my daughters 21st and were genuinely impressed by how lovely the hotel is and how amazing the staff were. The warm, welcoming service started from the moment we arrived at valet parking and continued throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, accommodating, and did their best to assist us. The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable, although we did notice some wear and tear, particularly with the bathroom and bedroom cabinetry which was scratched and broken. The beds also felt quite small for two adults and made sleeping a little squishy. Our biggest concern, however, was the air-conditioning. When we first walked into the room it was set at 18 degrees, which we thought would be perfect—especially with four girls getting ready, expecting a cool room so our makeup wouldn’t melt. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. The room felt like a hot box from the start. The staff were fantastic and came to check and reset the system twice, but by the time we returned at 1am, it was still extremely hot. It was uncomfortable enough that one of our group decided to go home because she couldn’t sleep in the heat. At that hour, there was also no one at the front desk to seek further assistance from. We did mention this at checkout, as we genuinely expected that a well-known, reputable hotel like the Marriott would not have such an issue with air-conditioning. It was disappointing, as everything else—from the service to the overall atmosphere—was lovely. Massive shout out to the male staff member who collected our bags both at arrival and departure (sorry wasn’t able to recall you name) you are a great asset to the hotel!! With improvement to the room cooling, this would have been a fantastic stay. The staff truly are the highlight of the hotel.

  booked this hotel because i saw there is a separate shower and room is relatively bigger than the one we stayed in our past few trips. it is also located in the city centre, connected to shinsaibashi station via exit 8. very convenient! staffs were all super friendly and helpful. there is also an airport transfer service from the hotel to kansai airport t1 & t2 which is so convenient, we didn’t have to worry about taking the train and having to lug our luggages around. will definitely be back :)

  We stayed in Doha for 3 nights and 4 days to visit Art Basel Qatar, and the hotel location was absolutely perfect. The Museum of Islamic Art is within walking distance when the weather allows, and the nearby market is also very convenient—there was really nothing more we could ask for. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the daily Arabic coffee and dates served in the lobby, which added a lovely local touch to our stay. Highly recommended. We stayed in the hotel building, but we also saw the apartment side, which is newer and looked just as great.*
