  I have no complaints about the hotel. We liked the interruption at your place. Very friendly, kind staff. The rooms are clean and everything is functional. You even asked during the cleaning of the room, usually in other hotels the cleaning comes by itself and knocks on the door, while the guests sleep. Your hotel respects the rest of guests and it's nice! Lunch tea and other bonuses for guests are also pleasant. We put the fruit in the room and changed the refrigerator on time. There were queues in the canteen in the morning, but now there are holidays and there are a lot of people in the hotel, it's understandable. There is a lot of food in the dining room, in most cases it is Chinese, but foreigners can also find something to eat for themselves. Thank you for your care and good rest??????

  位置：就在海边，步行15分钟就是五四广场，5点海鸥齐飞，很壮观。比起栈桥附近，旺季住这边不会堵车，旁边有个商场可以逛逛。5分钟就是景福宫韩餐很不错。 房间：图1就是在1727房间拍的日落，侧面看海，喜欢房内的桌子，旺季可以不排队点外卖酒店吃一样很开心满足，看着日落，喝着青岛啤酒，不浪费时间。 配套：早餐非常丰富，很赞，孩子们吃的很满足；冬天还有无边际恒温泳池，泳池1.5米也很安全，视野很赞；大人还可以体验健身房和汗蒸！ 服务：客服rose一对一微信服务很赞，不是那种被动回答，会主动嘘寒问暖，还帮我申请了房间小冰箱饮料酒水全免，必须给rose点赞！ ps：海天行李部的小哥哥太帅！前台小姐姐声音很温柔！rose肯定也是一位温柔细心美丽的小姐姐！

  酒店很新，硬件设施和服务都无可挑剔。前台李经理服务周到，办理完入住后，后续一直跟进直至退房。客房、门僮、泳池工作人员都很有礼貌、早餐处有人领位，在用餐高峰也确保有条不紊、补货及时，很多年没住到过那么优质的酒店了

  很感谢Zoe小韩的贴心照顾～入住期间送了水果还送来了手工做的沙画很有感觉呢，小朋友很喜欢～ 还免费给升级了房间，超喜欢这个浴缸，因为小朋友喜欢玩水，这个真的是入住这么多放水最快的了。虽然很遗憾没有小童乐园，但是小朋友也很开心，下楼挖沙也方便

  温泉泡池很多，有各种中草药理疗池，游泳池、动感冲浪池、漂流等。酒店装修设施陈旧，早餐品种比较多，但营养不均衡，各种馒头、包子、糕点等碳水居多，青菜只有一种，肉类等都没有。需改善！

  Went for buffet dinner to celebrate our Anniversary. Since we were travelling with kid and infant, informed them over email and got the confirmation. But, they ruined our special day. Last year also, we booked one night staycation to celebrate our Anniversary. I had some queries, so emailed them. But no response. Called them, but the receiver lady was rude, did not have basic courtesy. Because of their dont care attitude, at last minute we cancelled the booking. Only after online review, they responded at very last minute. But, it was too late and the response was very very cold. Anyway, this year, we thought of give it a second try. Since its JW Marriot brand, we thought, this year at least they will not do the same. But, I was wrong. First of all, they do not care about customer satisfaction and they do not value your special day. They never called or email me to know whether I have any special request. It is sad they dont know what is Personalisation and Customisation means. How can you do that after knowing that the guests already faced service issue previously?? My request to JW Marriot Bengaluru team, please dont do such things with any of our guest. You do not have any right to ruin your guests special day. Sad part is that, in the confirmation email, many Senior People were there in email loop, most of them in Director position, still this happened. While having dinner, I had chat with one of the senior member and I understood they completely forgot about our booking. Coming to the food, it was horrible. Very limited menu and most of the items were cold. How can you serve cold biriyani?? We actually could eat properly. I had chat with the chef and he agreed the cold food issues. I am giving 2 star just because of the restaurant staff. They were super helpful. They tried their best to provide us a comfortable dining experience. Another reason is that, due to bad dining experience, they did not charge us for dinner. Thats really a nice gesture from the team. Avoid this hotel if possible, specially never plan any special day here.

  设施很新，位置处在市中心，交通便利，楼下就是恒隆广场和地铁口，而且酒店直接有连廊通到商场，吃饭购物出行都方便。酒店内的海拔酒吧挺不错，尝了三款鸡尾酒，都很有云南的特色。管家Emily服务十分贴心，时刻为客人着想，提前安排好一切，给一个大大的好评。

  房间电话是坏的，遥控器没电了，厕所出的热水近乎冷水。大年三十的晚上，酒店员工应对一言难尽，问我想要什么，虽然最后换了房，但是请记住，我出了钱，是要一间能提供正常设施的酒店，我反馈问题是你们提出解决方案，不是问我想干啥。 酒店卫生做的不错。
  

  Response: 我是带着长者入住，长者房间有问题。遥控器电池凹陷，无法正常使用，服务人员要长者下床操作，对着机顶盒一直按到换台，还说这是正常的，只是长者不会用。厕所出水近乎冷水，前台说全酒店都是这个水温，要客人就用这个洗，我去自己房间看了，正常出热水。开的每间房，都有怪味。估计也是酒店特色。
