出行前就在艺龙预订了这家，客观来说，入住的时候感觉前台服务还是不错的。但是，到了客房感觉立刻就差了许多，主要是因为给我们入住的房间是阁楼式的。且不论房间的大小，光是厕所灯和台灯在打开后就不停的闪烁，再加上房间多处有漏水后遗留在墙面上的水迹让我们入住的感觉很不好！由于刚入住，于是马上和前台协商换房，得到的答复只是给更换灯泡。当天又不是旅游旺季，客人这么个合理要求都得不到满足，这个服务实在有待提高！

酒店很好，在漠河算是最豪华的了。酒店设施不错，wifi不稳定。工作人员非常热情，从保洁到服务人员见到客人都会打招呼非常热。作为散客遇上了一个大团，人很多。晚餐时酒店顾不上我们了，餐厅主动说明了情况，并主动介绍了周边的小吃，很方便。没有让人感到不快。推荐该酒店。
