设施老化，卫生条件差，地毯貌似从来没有清洗过。艺龙也是差劲到极点，客户利益不关心，酒店降价艺龙不通知客户，售后还说没时间关注客户的每一个单子。携程网的订单，酒店降价他就会及时修改订单价格。

酒店餐厅的服务太差了，早餐太差，跟4星级酒店比早餐太差，早餐的服务员有一名叫张晓彤的服务员对工作认真负责，竟然告诉客人每人只能拿一个煮鸡蛋，而且她还把掉在夹子盘里的菜又放回客人取菜的盘子里，我个人觉得这样做不好，如果餐厅继续这样的话，会让服务员给弄像普通的酒店一样，希望金马集团的有关领导重视起来，餐厅的卫生也有待改善，还有酒店的大床房间和走廊的味道太难闻了，还是希望酒店能完善服务和卫生等等……
