入住酒店已没有原来的好印象。从总台到客房中心都拒绝给你提供如何你需要的服务，餐厅已是三流的了，也没有以前的素餐提供，可惜了这样的好地方

周边环境很棒，但酒店房间陈旧，并且很小家子气，送的水都是小瓶的，厕所的纸两个人上次厕所都有点欠，早餐的菜只有五六种，温泉池只开了三个。真是可惜了这么好的大环境，运营服务存在严重问题。不会再去了。
