住的温泉包间，第一晚没检查，第二晚发现房间里的温泉浴池没洗也没消毒，虽然客满可以理解但却不能原谅。将心比心，希望改进！

温泉没全开，只开了4个池子，人少还行人多了就不太好，去晚了浴巾那些就没了，网上订的更贵的大床房，到了被告知没有了，只有标间，无论选何种房型（房间大小有区别）都按网上订的价支付，不能补差价，这点让人不爽。晚上安静，早餐将就。
