难以相信这是一晚658 的房间 设施已老旧 我们住的房间附近下水道堵塞 臭味及其难闻 一直投诉交涉也没有人去解决 马桶盖也是摇晃松动的 而且关键是可能根本就不好好做卫生 茶杯里的水就一直如照片所示房好几天 做过卫生后的厕所马桶竟然还如此恶心 方式照片是想引起管理层的重视 你们过年??烟花 拜财神 可以把门前路都封掉 还不如花点钱和精力把设施改善 及提高员工的服务意识

酒店硬件不错，位置很好，交通方便，有停车场。但是酒店的管理应当加强，厕所马桶盖不能自行竖立，联系客服说都是这样的，在坚持要检查一下后客服大姐拿了一根绳子要把马桶盖与水箱绑住，又要求叫维修师傅后 ，还是不能解决，说所有的房间都是这样的，最后只有用手扶着小便。这么好的酒店出现这样的问题是不可原谅的。
