上次入住到最后一个晚上去结账，即使房费结清的情况下第二天一早要离开，也是被押了5000元（共3笔）。缘起是想第二天赶早退房快一些，就头晚来结账结果弄得不愉快。被告知24小时有人在退房很快的。
这次退房是7:05分到前台，告诉我说开专票的人要7：30才来！不是说一直有人在吗？为什么一次次规矩这么多，这次要客人等二十多分钟？！
还有天气渐热，直到5月十几号才开空调。每次去问总是说开了－－撒谎！后来一遇下雨又关空调了，又这样小气的吗？

先说卫生,入住房号1806当天就发现卫生间内有小飞虫在飞，跟前台说请他们派人去喷杀虫剂消杀一下，回答说：都这样。心想可能这边是四川南方又值春天，有飞虫是常事。他们没去查没去做什么，我这次住了11晚，越来越严重，到后面才发现马桶和地面的缝隙处渗出酱色液体！！他们才去修。
再说服务，因为第二天一早要快速赶路，头天晚上就去前台把房费结了，由于续住先后押了3笔预授权，我说在房费刷成消费的基础上留下一笔1000元的预授权作为最后一晚的押金，怎么说都不行，结果是所有房费刷成了消费后，而且将我的3笔预授权5000元全部压在那里。对客人这么不放心，一个晚上要这么多押金？

在县城算是最好的了。房间设施有点老，早餐非常非常简单。前台态度也是非常一般。不过在县城还是可以了，不能要求太高
