酒店有点旧了，特别是房间里面有一股味道，早餐品质也比以前略有下降。服务还是可以，前台和客房服务有求必应，值得表扬！

性价比很差，体验非常差，尤其是前台服务，太差了，住了这么多年酒店没有遇到过！早上六点退房赶动车，前台没有笑脸，说电脑卡，居然不打电话让服务员查房，三分钟我催她，居然很不赖烦，才打电话让人查房，五分钟过去了，还没有查完，我又催，前台很不赖烦回我：服务员就一个人，要从六楼上20楼，靠，好像有电梯吧……又过了三分钟（要赶动车不停地看时间）我又催，前台又很不赖烦打电话给服务员，服务员说早查好了，在电脑上回了！前台说电脑卡，没有看到，我特么的真愤怒了：你个前台什么态度啊，你只有一个服务员退房的也就我一个人啊，你电脑卡我造成的吗？我是要你快点办理退房，一来就给你说了没有消费，先办理、开发票你让我等！结果开发票又过去了五分钟，这服务态度，这前台服务人员100多的商务酒店都甩你几条街！
