在额尔古纳这个小镇已经算很不错的酒店了，就是地毯有些脏，床铺和毛巾都很干净。离湿地景区也很近，是个去内蒙游玩的比较不错的中转站。

酒店把门市卖不出去的十间客房放在网上销售，蒙骗不明就里的外地旅游者。这些房间因为迁就外部装修，这些客房要么没有窗子，要么窗子开在顶上像牢房，要么窗子开在餐厅抽油烟机的上方。房间里没有空调，因为不能开窗，酒店给配了个电风扇，闷热无比，跟四星级酒店的设施和价位实在不匹配。

房间小，与所说的34平方差太多，加卫生间顶多20平方！房间内设施很一般，没有空调，床是1米5的，整个房间看起来很低档！窗是靠屋顶的，根本不通风，屋内比室外温度高超过10度！半夜停电也不做任何解释，服务极差！这是住过的性价比最低的酒店，第一次给店差评，再不会去住了！！

是额尔古纳市最好的酒店了，前台业服务员业务不熟，办理入住及退房慢的很，房间窗户很高很小，屋里不通风，光线也暗。
