建议不要选择普通标间不是没有窗户就是窗户非常小而且还是室内窗和通风管道相连，有异味，房间太小。

蒙古之行12日,感觉最差的酒店.在订房时并未告知房间基本无窗(过道气窗),且此次蒙古之行所有的房间都有空调,唯独这个开价900元又无窗的房间竟然空调也没有.另外晚间我洗澡结尾时水已转凉,还有一人未洗澡,联系前台说过一会就有热水,等到10:30再电话前台被告知估计到明早也不会有热水,且没有一点歉意象是正常的一样.作为一家硬件尚可且卖价不菲酒店,你们到底应该如何为客户服务?
