如果有负分，我会选择打负分！
设施、服务、卫生上都感觉太差！
我订的是贵宾单间，1、房间空调是坏的，打电话给前台后，说让工程部的来维修，最终被告知的结果是修不好，抱歉。
2、房间的通风超级差，卫生间漏水，卫生间地面上全是水，又脏又臭。
3、洗澡间居然还有一缕一缕的头发丝，不知道卫生是怎么打扫的。晚上泡完温泉回来洗澡，热水也没有，说水管爆了，让我们稍微等下。等了一个小时无果后，联系前台，小朋友要睡觉了，能不能跟温泉中心沟通下，带小朋友去温泉中心的浴室洗个澡（酒店送的票只能进出一次），被告知温泉中心那边要下班了，不方便。
花了接近300块钱一晚的房费，没空调，没热水，又脏又臭，真是无语至极！
楼上的自助晚餐98元一位，也是稀烂。
我肯定是不会再去这个酒店，回来朋友问我感受，我也是极力劝说他们不要去，太坑爹了。
