房间之前订的时候就知道是没有窗户的，但是确实没想到在负一楼，先给我们安排的1011，房间一股湿臭的味道，然后换了1016稍微好点，服务员说楼下的房间都是这样。入住时明明订的两天只刷了一天的预授权，我还说啦怕第二天我不在，结果也没刷。第二天还打电话来问是否需房，还要催收押金。这明明就是你们自己的操作不当还给客人到来麻烦。中午服务员有打过电话问现在是否打扫，因为还没出门就说了暂时不用。可是我们晚些时间出去了也没有人来打扫卫生，他们一定会说我们没有告诉他们出去了，这难道不是该关注的嘛。第三天退房说啦退房时间是14:00点，13:30不到就打电话问是否退房，还说退房就快一点。这样的服务我也是无语。唯一值得说的就是昨天是平安夜下午我们出门前给我们送来了一个苹果，我还是表示感谢。
