整体环境还不错，但热水器的水温设置过低，冲洗中途变冷水，而且没有电话可以联系前台，大冬天的可以脑补一下场景。

酒店位置优越，对面是广场 汽车总站 广州东站地铁，吃的，购物，出行统统方便。说一下酒店设施，1.5米的双床，很适合我家二大二小。淋浴器是电的，加热慢，不能连续洗澡。

酒店位置好，对面是广州东站和公交总站，出行方便，周边有几个购物广场，吃的东西多，购物方便。入住双人房宽敞整洁，设施挺全也较新，特别是烘干功能洗衣机很便利。退房时忘退押金，前台小云及时联系提醒并通过微信转账退了押金，服务周到，让人宾至如归，为小云点赞！

地理位置非常方便，隔天准备去机场所以就找地铁附近的酒店，没想到这边有这么多选择，由于是临时订的，刚好遇到特价房就马上订了，由于入住比较晚，到前台的时候，不知道是什么原因，他们帮我免费升级为套房了！非常惊喜，因为原来订的是单间，套房很大，而且设计很好看，可以看整个东站的景色！清洁度也不错，洗澡的浴室很明显用漂白水清洁了。整体很满意！只有电视机没有遥控看不了以及床确实很硬，不过还可以接受！
