衛生太差，洗澡間出水位堵塞， 房間有味道， 仲有啲曱甴爬嚟爬去， 不太建議入住。

位置特别好，就在东站对面，交通方便，周边吃的很多，公寓楼早晚出入要刷卡，房间空间也够大，冰箱电磁炉微波炉等设施齐全，但是浴室的水龙头很旧一扭动底座跟着扭好怕掉下来，莲蓬头也是破破旧旧无法固定方向只能往墙上喷水。
但是服务体验就真的不是很好！
第一天下午五点多办理入住，被告知因为前面的客人延迟退房所以还没搞好卫生我现在不能住而且没有其它房间了，前台一直说你可以放东西进房间然后去逛街回来就好了，要三四十分钟。我刚从长途车下来到房间是要休息而且35度的天气我压根不想逛街！而且我提前网上付过款了也没有提早到，都傍晚了，她说人家加钱延迟的了，同个时间段抱着侥幸心理赚双份钱还理直气壮了。
第二天我出去一天挂了“请即打扫”的牌子在门上，六点过回来牌子还在房间也没打扫，以为我连住他们不给打扫了，结果我上厕所的时候听到门开了！吓得我大叫才知道是打扫卫生的，她说以为房间没人，还很着急在厕所外面催我你好了吗好了吗我只好跟她说厕所不用打扫了你走吧，我在厕所，多没安全感你们想一下！住过那么多酒店第一次遇到晚上才来搞卫生！
