我住这个公寓住3天，第一天打扫大叔只打扫卫生间，浴巾都没换，酒店还专门发信息给我说我们把毛巾弄脏了，第二天因为我们没有出门玩，我们就没有要打扫，可是第一天连客厅的垃圾都没有扔，今天退房的时候，我说了这些问题，前台一直道歉，我想就算了，结果我自己的护发素没有拿，前台给我打电话说需不需要，我很感谢前台给我打电话，但是前台问他们的打扫说第一天我们在睡觉，所以只打扫了卫生间，我们第一天8点多就醒了，10点出门，都没有打扫，前台说第一天因为我们在睡觉，所以只打扫了卫生间，我一脸懵逼，谁家酒店打扫8点就过来?而且这样的谎话怎么说得通吗？浴巾都没有换，我真的无语了

没有热水，打电话到总机，才告知还要自己去开热水器电源开关，开关很隐弊，竞然在一个小窗户外面的暗隔内。唉！

公寓距离南站很近，走路也就10分钟左右，前台服务很好，有免费的车子提供接站送站服务，服务很好，房间配置齐全空间很大。隔音也好，卫生间的布局也很合理，热水很足，洗发水和沐浴露好用，浴室干湿分离，洗漱用品吹风机等一应俱全，房间到卫浴，卫生做的很到位，非常干净，床褥被罩从折痕可以看出是新换的，很整洁，枕头很柔软，弹性好，很舒服 房间的床品质感不错， 被单透气，睡起很舒适
