卫生差，几乎没有服务，离南站和地铁站都不算近，走路都要20分钟，周围有点吃的和超市，但规模都很小，不是很满意。

睡到半夜热水器水管突然爆炸，瞬间满屋子的水，不到五分钟，完全盖住了脚面。于是只能听由店家更换至开车还需半小时的偏僻的室内面积不超过十个平方米的破旧房间。由于是家庭出行，家里七十岁老人被半夜突如其来的水管爆炸的巨大声音及担心室内漏电和水中整修水管的一系列瞬间事故吓坏了，又经历了半夜举家连夜搬迁的事件后，第二天心脏及血压都不是很稳定，可店家不但一句歉意都没有，还口口声声说“身体不舒服，你们可以去医院体检，检查出来有问题就可以报警来解决”，我的天哪，这就是你们的解决问题的方式吗？难道真诚的一句道歉的话都不会说吗？我也是无语了……

打车从南站过去要二十元，运气不好的时候司机会拒载。第二天去南山原来有司机可以免费送，前提是要提前一天预约。在订房的时候居然没提前告诉我们。早上十点退房还没有人上班，只有司机在，难怪头一天晚上入住没有收押金。屋内有蚊子，二楼是床铺，离天花比较近，有点压抑。性价比不高。

还可以吧，大家可以一起来试试，环境不错离高铁站几分钟路程，推荐大家晚上等火车可以在这里住一下。。。。。
