无负四季酒店之名，从停车场上去到办理入住整个过程就是两个字舒服，房间设施虽然不像有些新酒店的那些黑科技但是整体给人感觉也是相当豪华，房间落地窗直面小蛮腰，当天广州天气不佳但是不影响夜晚的景观，儿子很喜欢下次有时间路过广州还会考虑四季，整个过程就是那么自然舒适。

这个酒店人员更新太快 酒店的工作人员服务就太烂了，总是给客人的感觉就是都非常不讲理 明明是她们自己的问题 可是她们就说了 你爱投诉就投诉，客人在这里完全感受不到尊贵的服务，所以真心不建议来这个酒店住！
