离地铁站很近，过一个天桥就到了，位置在力达广场公寓楼里，需要和前台联系一下带着上楼，房间超赞，大概30平米左右，楼下有条商业街，但晚上还是很安静的，炉灶洗衣机冰箱等一应俱全，比较适合长期居住，楼下便利店和临街商铺很多，吃喝不愁，下次再来广州还会选择这里

停车场要收费，一天八十元，没有在信息里面的说明，房间电视开不了，最后只有换房间也是一样，只好等维修工，上下楼要刷卡，电梯要等久些，住户出入很不方便，卫生也差，刷牙杯是放在冲凉间地上，洗衣机是坏的且很脏，无语啊！差差差…。
