前台服务一般，介绍情况不清楚，电梯楼层都没有介绍，比如电梯里底层是L层，而不是1楼；我订了四天房间还给我安排了风景不好的一面；进房一看柜子门一个把手掉了，一扇门不好关，房间里两个锅只有一个盖子，并且还不能两个都用，两个锅里全部都生锈了；早上出去前给前台打电话请把房间卫生打扫一下，下午回来的时候还没有打扫，打电话给前台询问，回答说上午不是她值班不太清楚，打扫卫生的大姐在打扫退房的房间很忙，大约过了十几分钟才来人打扫卫生。酒店环境不错，性价比也挺好，但是服务确实跟不上，差距太大了，前台都没有笑容，谁也不愿看脸色的，住着不舒心。
