特别好的体验，第一次入住这里，真心不错。酒店的装修简约大气，房间设施齐全，有小度啊智能马桶等等一应俱全。大堂在30楼，可以眺望广州塔，日落景色一绝。附近还特别多商场，特别适合爱购物逛街的人入住。万菱滙就在旁边，地铁也就在旁边，出行也是很便捷。是下次来广州还会选择的酒店。

酒店设施真的超赞！客房里的智能控制系统用着特别顺手，床垫软硬度刚刚好，衞浴的热水充足又稳定，住进来的每一天都感觉特别舒心。去广州塔和正佳广场都比较近，正佳可以走路过去。但是赠送的咖啡和鲜啤味道一般般，建议改善

这次住丽呈格芮酒店，房间设施真的很全，住着特别方便。
床很舒服，枕头也有好几种可以选。衞生间乾湿分开，洗澡水很大很暖和，马桶是加热的，洗漱用品味道挺好闻的。
桌边插座很多，手机电脑充电都很方便。还有个小冰箱和咖啡机，晚上回来泡杯茶挺舒服的。
房间里的Wi-Fi很快，空调也很安静，温度可以自己调。整体感觉就是什么都有，不用自己操心，像在家一样方便。以后来这边还会住这里。

飞机晚点到深夜， 还在路上就接到了酒店的电话询问情况， 很温暖。 入住的时候得知酒店在升级电梯， 由于到达较晚没有预订单中安静的房型，酒店免费做了升级。 然后第二天又打来电话询问入住的状况，并为他们带来的不便特意送了水果， 这服务和这心意， 都是顶级的！ 房间几乎全是智能化， 可以一键操作也可以通过语音小度， 早餐也不错， 出行就更加方便了， 出门过马路就是地铁， 以后来广州就这了！

It was my first time visiting Guangzhou, and I stayed at this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by polite and friendly staff. Although I had to wait a bit for the elevator, I was pleased to get a room on the 26th floor. The AI features in the room and the stunning view from the window really impressed me—it was definitely worth the price I paid.
The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls and eateries, so everything I needed was close by. The metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away, making it super convenient for tourists. I’ll definitely be coming back—an awesome experience overall!

这次入住整体非常满意，硬件设施和贴心服务都超出预期：
?? 惊喜配置：房间配备洗衣机和免费迷你吧饮料，对长住客人太友好了！洗浴用品品质出乎意料的好（小小建议：增加护发素会更完美）。
??? 舒适体验：床品和枕头软硬适中，连认床的我都睡得超香。每日打扫细致，角角落落都很干净。
?? 黄金地段：楼下就是地铁站，周边超市/餐厅齐全，出行购物零压力。
?? 暖心服务：特别表扬楼层管家！每次见面都主动微笑问好，让人感觉像回家一样亲切。
?? 改进建议：唯一小遗憾是前台服务节奏可以更人性化——提前一天索要好评略急，延后退房时电话提醒若能更宽松些会更体贴。相信以酒店的管理水平，这些小细节很快会优化！
如果前台服务能和其他部门一样充满温度，这家酒店绝对会成为我的首选！整体依然值得五星，加油！

酒店的服务非常好，很热情，服务态度特别棒，卫生很干净，还有就是离景区近出入非常方便，整体就是十分舒适。交通便利离地铁近，房间还不错卫生很干净设施方便，酒店前台很热情，服务态度好。
Rooms are well kept condition, fast check in and out, lots of eateries, shopping centers and one of the best massage just beside the hotel.
