    朋友来广州，一行8人，给他们定了8个房间。首先图出行方便，酒店地处天河商圈，附近购物吃饭方便，天环，天河城，太古滙都步行五分钟到达，虽然开业有一定时间了，但谁护不错，服务很好。

    酒店地理位置绝佳，周边都是广州知名的大商场，出门就能满足吃、购、娱的需求。前台Miya小姐的服务特别好，看到我带着小童，提前安排房间让我们入住。酒店房间不仅面积宽敞，而且衞生乾净、设施完备。很满意的一次入住体验，五星好评！

    我在这里住了两晚，分别用了两个订单，两个不同的APP预订。供大家参考。 首先携程的预订，在订单页面很清楚，什么都没有，甚至连早餐都不包含，需要额外付费购买。 其次，万豪App预订，在价格相等的前提下，赠送双人份早餐，尽享房间升级，享受酒廊待遇。 第一天，我是用的携程App预订来到的酒店。为我办理入住的是一个很年轻戴着眼镜的工作人员。起初她的服务很平常化，但是当看到你来自携程订单时，她立刻变得彬彬有礼，甚至有些毕恭毕敬。房卡是非常温柔的双手递到你的手中。更令我感动的是，她很主动的提出，可以送我早餐，希望我以后常来光顾她们的酒店。 来到房间，我也很惊喜。我是在 1225 房间，整个屋子，被暖暖的太阳包围，呈现 iPhone17 pro 的橙黄色??＾ω＾，金色璀璨。到了夜里，楼下华灯初上，那种动感，华丽尽情展现。而之前，我在肥猪订的万豪酒店，拿到的景观，都是很差的。 当天夜里，我绸缪着明天住哪里，突然想到一个小心思，要不然明天还是住这里。但我用万豪 app 下单。 关键来了，第二天我去前台更新房卡。是另一位女士接待的我，起初她笑容灿烂，随后看到订单来自万豪系，属于她们自己内部的直接系统，跳过了中间商了。她的态度一下子变了，一副随性的，无所谓的，全程没有礼貌用语的态度出来了。 而且最神奇的是什么，第一天我在携程的订单，工作人员説，不用按金的。第二天我在万豪的订单，工作人员要求我付按金了。这区别的也太厉害了。 虽然我住了很多各种各样的酒店，但是她们内部的门道系统之类的，作为外行，我是一无所知。并且我也从不和酒店工作人员交朋友，所以内幕更加无从得知了。 总结下来就是，携程订单，没有任何附送服务⊙_⊙但是酒店在态度上，给到了 100 分。并且房间的景观极佳。而万豪 app 订单?_?酒店可以送这个送那个，送早餐送酒廊，升级房间等等。但是再服务态度方面，明显不如对待携程的客户了。 原本我想后面几天也住在这个酒店的，毕竟他的地理位置是属于老爸级别的。但是考虑到第二天遇到的前台很不礼貌，所以我开始另觅他处。 写在这里，给有缘遇见的朋友 提个醒。旅途，还是尽量选择携程。一方面，我们也希望，携程的 app 可以早日和万豪对接，让我们享受到万豪会员同等待遇。另一方面，也给酒店真诚的提个小建议，无论来自哪个平台的顾客，都应该平等相待。 祝大家 2026 年好运??
