订了特价房，注明只是大床房，来了却给双床房，又小，还说随机给房，要大床房得加钱，服务态度实在差，下次一定不会再来，酒店又小，环境又差，最后给了大床房，又说没窗户，但订房的说明是有窗户，很坑人啊，差差差
