本人在黄石，因为爸妈车票出行的时间比较尴尬，给他们定的暂时休息的地方。客服小哥态度很好，从车站打车过来的士收费25元。从酒店去火车站的士打表收费12元。所以有不知道的路的朋友们，不要被那些黑心的的士给骗了，很近就三、四站。

这将是我作为15年的艺龙老用户的最后一次服务点评，也将通过百度，微博，微信朋友圈把为啥退出艺龙的原因告知大众！不知从何时开始，艺龙开始了预付房费，不能取消预订，取消预订不予退款的条款，先不说有无违反物价局，有无违反315，连铁老大在车开前24小时都可以申请退款，就不知道艺龙为啥这么牛*！另外，这次预订酒店，被告知预订的酒店没有房，然后电话客服来电告知附近有好评率多少的酒店，已经告知电话客户是要凌晨坐火车的，说就在火车站附近，很近，结果实际路程近半个小时，也没有告知这是预付房费不予取消的（可以抽调电话录音证明）！只能致电售后提出取消预订，这个时候才说不能取消了，多次声明这是艺龙电话客户的错误引导才预订的，多次提出退房，并提出让电话客户致电过来协商处理，售后客户都说不是同部门的同事没法联系，对提出的取消预订都不予理睬！在春节前碰到这样的遭遇，真是一肚子的火！所以，只能就此886，连带携程，选择美团啦，选择飞猪啦🐷！
