房间隔音效果太差，隔壁说话声都能听得清清楚楚;设施陈旧，所有设备都处于老化中，各种水龙头开后声音巨大，卫生间排风扇动起来声响动人;房间狭窄，空间很小;宾馆背与另一建筑紧靠，窗户基本没有采光效果。

优点是到火车站很近，而且安保做得不错，服务挺好。缺点是由于靠近火车站，晚上噪音还是有的，建议加强隔音。
