之前住过觉得还不错，于是和男朋友再去一次。提前订了大床房，晚上到店说房间排给其他客人没有了非要给双床，上网看明明还有大床能定，折腾了半天才不情愿的给了房间

很不愉快的住宿经历，给父母定的标准间，259元，父母年龄都是八十多岁的老人，父亲是残疾军人，年轻时在部队腰部受伤，现属部队编制，母亲在县领导岗位退休，虽然年龄大了，但还是坚持老两口出行，不让子女陪同，到了广州站附近，我在艺龙给父母定的星和香江国际酒店房间，房间设施先不说，第二天退房时被要求赔手巾费，说是手巾擦皮鞋了，父母说我们都穿的布鞋怎么出来擦皮鞋的说法，酒店客服改口又说，枕头脏了，要赔枕头，母亲给我打来电话说他们一没擦皮鞋，二枕头是由于父亲头部出汗，导致枕头有汗渍，我给酒店客服打电话，客服的回答是手巾和枕头报废了，不能用了，我让母亲上楼去拍照，客服还把窗帘拉上，母亲说你搞这么暗是为什么，随后枕头被拿到大厅，围观的顾客越来越多，大家你一言我一语的帮父母说话，都说有点汗渍不是很正常吗，不是恶意的用脚踩踏难道都要赔枕头吗，对于酒店这种不人性化的处理方式，我感到很气愤，很影响老人出行心情，试想你们酒店难道让顾客睡觉时悬着头睡吗，那样就脏不了你们的枕头了，再就是，你们的手巾本来就有一个脏的没有换出去，母亲说看到有个脏的手巾根本就没用那条，两个人只用了一个手巾
