非常差劲的酒店，酒店环境非常差，温泉就几个池子，很脏，水也不热。酒店房间就跟招待所一样，马桶冲不下去，热水壶烧水烧不开。酒店停车还要另外收费。700多的房间，一点也不值，真心不推荐大家来这里，下了高速还要开一个小时才能进来酒店。

出去旅游10多年，没见过整体这么差的酒店，服务员态度差，门锁是坏的，房间光线暗，厕所有些灯是坏的，所谓的日式榻榻米房，就是顶楼斜屋顶，空间压抑，温泉区小，人数多，像下饺子

酒店与保安联合乱收费，2个不同保安重复收费，叫收费保安对质，酒店保护未叫乱收费保安出现
入住一晚丢失项链一条、相机一台，叫酒店查视频，以视频坏了为由
具工作人员透露，这也是常见案例了😱龙胜温泉度假酒店凭借大家对自然温泉的向往，完全没有服务行业的职业素养
