酒店前台接待服务员小姐姐服务态度特别亲切，有礼貌，热情。是一次很愉悦的旅行，温泉很不错，风景不错，就是房间设施太烂，难道酒店管理人员没想过要改造么？花洒根本全部冲到玻璃上去了，洗脸面盆腐烂，差点掉下来。

进到大堂就是一股浓浓的霉味！！走道更加臭！房间里也是，呼吸超困难，退不了订单。而且订房时忘记备注标单，给了我标双，前台的死脑筋及他们所谓的计调的死脑筋，偏偏要老娘打电话到艺龙去更改，有必要吗？？耗了四十分钟才解决。除开在温泉的源头这一优势，没有一样是好的，陈旧！！非常非常！

潮湿就算了，空调还没什么反应，排气也没有，真垃圾！温泉人多就脏，自己看着办吧，这种三百多四百的最好不要住
