一塌糊涂直接就，其他的不说，卫生服务质量不说了都挺好的，唯独只有一点不让人满意，我昨天已经在微信上订房的时候交过钱了，没想到今天早上退房的时候居然还要钱……我昨天微信上订的是商务标间，他们给我开的是大床房……反正总体来说这次不是很满意

酒店设施比较新，房间卫生，地毯干净温馨。停车方便，也很安静。卫生间唯一不足是没有吹风机。深秋10月下旬入住，热水充足，暖气很热。

前台第一次安排了一个非常小的大床房，我要求换房，又安排了一个角落的阴暗的标间，两次换房都很差，我甚至不想住了，考虑在淡季已找不到更好的酒店，没有更好的选择。最后在我的强烈要求下去看了后面贵宾楼的房间，比之前的好很多。而之后来的客人都被安排到前面的老楼，不懂这是什么经营模式……

门源最好的酒店，没有之一。入住当天正赶上环青海湖自行车赛，所有的选手和工作人员都住在这个酒店。装修和设施都不错，床很舒服。唯一遗憾的是浴室整晚都有漏水的的声音，所有的水龙头检查N遍也找不到问题。
