酒店环境比较安静，前台先是把我们安排在贵宾楼五楼背面，窗口没纱窗,外面还有个象烟筒似的东东,经过争取调到同层另一头向阳的房间才感觉稍好些，硬件设施已显老化，电梯过道和房间均弥漫股烟味，居然没有空调，也没有配风扇,也不知这里的人们如何应对白天与上半夜炎热的，反正我们觉得挺难熬的；服务意识较强，无线网络信号强；洗手间干湿分开，有淋浴软管花洒，对带孩子出行挺方便，只是缺少门前地巾,且早上竟然没有热水,洗漱挺不方便；软硬两种枕头感觉很惬意；床头没有电源插座，手机充电应用不太方便，房门没有防盗锁链扣使客人的安全感打了折扣。清真餐厅餐食味道还不错，份量也挺足；自助早餐丰富可口；停车场不算太宽敞，但也停得满满的。另外，酒店竟然告诉携程查不到我们入住，实际身份证都查验过了，真是莫名其妙。
