管家式服务很好，周边环境很清雅，夏天来比较的好。就是比较潮湿，补差价住了套房。服务很用心。管家很亲和。隐居系列值得尝试。感谢。

超级好的别墅酒店，跟自己家一样，服务特别周到，住起来很舒服，很漂亮，早餐准备的也特别好还有晚安甜汤，小花园，非常好绝对的五星好评

说实话信价比真的不咋地，五星级的价格，2星级的设施都赶不上，卫生间超小，周边环境就像是农家乐，还不如住西湖边的五星酒店，价钱真心不便宜，唯一觉得不错的就是酒店管家的服务。

酒店及其周边环境都很优美，管家阿丽很有亲和力，早餐很好，吃得很舒服，坐在院子里吃早餐、聊天特别有味道。杭州度假还会选择这家酒店

在白乐桥应该属于中上了，因为在灵隐寺旁边，价格小贵，房间算是有点特色，但是卫生间有所欠缺，服务非常好
