之前来杭州，一直选择隐居西湖，感觉非常好，所以这次去杭州直接订了这家，结果却十分差劲，洗护用品不再是欧苏丹，我一共住了四晚，管家告知住多天的客房她是不打扫卫生的，卫生居然不是根据客人需求来打扫的，我花这么多钱住，房间卫生还需要我自己打扫，那我何必花这么多钱，直接住快捷酒店的服务都好的多。收着五星酒店的价格，服务却不如普通旅馆。

总体感觉不错，服务也热情，唯一遗憾卫生间洗脸盆只有热水（需修理），一楼茶吧暂不开放，还有顶楼天台桌椅灰多不敢坐，周边餐饮娱乐场所单一不多，开车出去十多分钟就好啦，三楼有3间客房足够一大家人住了！还有节日期间去有点小贵。
