跟爸妈一起旅游住的地方，地理位置很好，就在南宋御街旁，去哪都方便。酒店环境还是可以的，很大，小孩第一次旅游住酒店很兴奋。

总体感觉八分，没有浴巾，客服态度蛮好，离河坊街和西湖蛮近。我房间走廊居然是黑的....房间窗外就是马路，隔音效果不佳。

刚进房间就是一股发霉的味道，水池里有头发，电视柜底下有蜘蛛网，床和被单都是潮湿冰凉的。
