哪里都好，可是卫生做的不好，进了房间第一天不干净给调换了房间，第二天重新换了床单被罩，还可以，店里确实很忙，收拾不过来，老板你要加人手的

入住后完全没有任何告知服务，出入门刷卡和退房时间完全都没告知，处理问题还一副冷冰冰的表情，来杭州最失败的一次体验就是住了你们酒店，希望给没入住的客人一个提醒，这家的好评绝对都是刷出来的。

服务太差，环境不错，南宋御街旁边，购物比较方便，腿脚好的走着可以去西湖边。服务不好就是说，下午我请工作人员打扫房间，前台说阿姨下班了，我说那那个墩布上来，我自己擦，前台说不方便让我下去取。呵呵了
