前台男服务员态度差，网上订的离店支付不需要交押金前台还要押金，房间空调是限时开放，热一会酒店就给关了，差点冻死

酒店很大，房间也很大，但房间卫生一般，我们住在18楼，房间外面噪音非常大，非常影响睡眠，貌似是弱电井发出的声音，打给客服也没用，挺糟糕的一次住宿。
