刚开始入住时发现房间比描述的小太多，不爽不爽，虽然外表很好看，可里面太小了会影响心情，愤愤之后找前台反应，爽快给换了个房间，嗯，很大了。很不错，服务很好。

酒店很干净很温馨，就是停车有点乱，停车场跟旁边商务一起的，出门还得去总台拿停车券，否则就要按商务楼停车收费

走进大厅给人整体感觉很好，办理入住前台服务非常热情，感觉很亲切，房间卫生干净，整洁，下次再到杭州来玩，一定入住这家酒店，会向朋友推荐的👍️👍️👍️

嗯。酒店不错。附近有一个大润发超市。前台的态度有点僵硬，不过也是理解的，毕竟挺累的。楼层服务员态度倒是非常好。还免费送了水果和汤。非常棒！
