来杭州出差就订这家酒店，每次来酒店前台服务员还是挺有礼貌，去餐厅吃饭服务员也特别不错，有一点不好地方就是这次入住房间卫生不是很理想，卫生间马桶还没刷干净，沙发还是发亮的，每次入住前台都会说入住好的话给个好评！我就勉强给个，希望下次入住一定要把房间打扫干净

朋友在网上订的酒店，酒店生意兴隆，大堂豪华都是加参会议的朋友们，组委会安排在1400平的大会设室灯光炫丽，音响氛围非常好，客房、菜食都不错，服务更好…值得推荐

酒店环境非常高大上，酒店客房卫生也非常干净，服务员非常热情，早餐就不用说了，非常的棒（品种多样），以后不光我自己会入住该酒店，还会推荐身边小伙伴入住。

介绍说房间是41平的，实际小的多，照片里的沙发椅跟茶几是没有的，卫生间没有门，浴室跟厕所都没有帘子，吐槽一下厕所，马桶前面就是洗脸台，上厕所脚都放不下，地方实在是小。
