前台服务态度超级差 是布丁的会员 之前很多次入住旗下酒店 可以说这家是态度最差的了 入住说要身份证核对 因身份证快过期 本人和身份证差异较大 戴眼镜的一位男服务员直接让我退单 当天要去东站接男朋友 且要去杭州大厦取蛋糕 有时间限制 着实来不及 解释说之前都入住成功 可否回来后再去公安局 一律拒绝 语气差的简直好像欠他钱 实在忍受不了他的态度 说要投诉 让他名字报给我 说让我随便去投诉 他不怕的 这种服务态度的人还能留在前台？让他名字写在纸上 写完后直接把纸扔在地上 还是另一个女客人看不下去了帮我捡起来的！服务态度之差！要不是当天太赶 真的叫电视台来曝光下！后因重新定其他酒店 导致时间过长蛋糕无法领取 重新买了蛋糕 接男友也迟到了 真心想骂句脏话！这种服务真是够了！

为了看演唱会搜的酒店，提早一个多月预定，300不到特价房，看了照片觉得也算干净、时尚、卫生。等到入住，门口在一个院子里，不好找，前台培训不到位，乱说话。我一个人入住标间，再三问我是不是跟旁边的男的一起入住......作为酒店的窗口，该说的说，不该说的不说，这点都做不到。如果为了安全，我已经说了我一个人，你只要关注好我有没有带人进房间就可以了吧？特价房，仅仅就是一般的快捷酒店，墙壁脏的，热水壶里还有之前留下的半壶水，看着也浑浊，淋浴热水出的非常慢，我一度怀疑是不是没有热水。这样的标准，300真心不值，一周前我还特地搜了一下价格，已经涨到500了。建议大家可以看一下附近的如家或者汉庭，一样要住快捷的话，至少有个统一的标准。
