千万不要住一楼，早上自助餐声音很吵，我们来入住的比较早，如果真的是没有别的空余房间我谅解，但是前台没有提前提示我觉得真的就很有问题，至少应该和顾客提前说明一下早上可能会比较吵的情况。

离西湖很近，马路对面有25路公交很方便

房间虽然小，但是布置的很紧凑，重要的是方便，25路公交车车可以直接坐到西湖和河坊街，出大门左侧往前走一节有早餐等小市场，很方便。在限行范围，带车出行的要注意了。
