房间隔音太差，晚上有其它旅客入住，对话太清晰。另外，5月的天气已经有很多蚊子了，可能和酒店在河边有关。

酒店免费给升级了一间大房间，非常棒。外面环境不怎么显眼，是一处古建筑改成的酒店，但内部环境别有洞天，很佛系。地理位置不错，离杭州几个老街非常近，唯一不足酒店没有停车场，但好在酒店让车子停在酒店门口，省得晚上去找停车场了，体验不错

环境特别清幽，交通方便，吃饭方便，店长店员都态度很好。床品家具也都很精致。get了一本书既生魄，看了看旧书网上最便宜也要110，感觉店里好像把这本书的这个版本买断了一样有很多本。
即使不出去呆在店里也觉得很好，这次比较匆忙，希望下次可以悠闲一点

酒店位置闹中取静，到周边各个景点都非常方便，酒店建筑风格有历史背景本人非常喜欢！酒店的房间卫生也很满意，下次还会再来！推荐

酒店离城站火车站比较近，走路10分钟可到。酒店设施很好，遥控窗帘、茶具精美，早餐不错，服务也很好，离店的时候赠送了小礼品，可惜忘在滴滴车上了。

房间院落的细节很完美！科勒的卫浴特别赞！酒店离城站（杭州市内的火车站，但好像动车不到这里）很近，坐火车住这里最方便。酒店门口是中药铺一条街，不远处有水果店，小超市，还有一家素食自助餐厅，超级好吃（成人19元一位，6岁儿童10元一位）吃素是福，建议大家都去尝尝。酒店离河坊街和南宋御街都很近，每次从河坊街走到西湖，悠悠闲闲的极舒服。六岁的孩子，早餐免费。
唯一不满的是，早餐咖啡是速溶的。房间里没有小冰箱。酒店没有停车场，如果停车只能停在马路上，8元一小时。
