民宿有特色，幽静，里面的摆件和小院的小品都有点儿意思。不足之处：和风榻榻米开窗隐秘性不好，卫生间排气扇风不足，室内显得有点儿闷；电动窗帘遥控器按键接触不良。艺龙网礼包里的所谓第一天水果，下午茶，晚盅之类的统统都没有。我也没找前台，感觉是民宿与网站沟通不足，也许人家根本不知道有这些。

酒店氛围很好，住的很干净很舒服，房间不是特别大加床估计有问题，进房间就躺床上了就没拍照。唯一不太满意的就是空调不能调静音，总觉得声太大了。早餐分中餐合西餐选的中餐，超级棒一碗白米粥一碗小馄饨还有点小菜、粗粮和水果，吃的饱饱的。内有开车来杭州太挤外地人还是不要开车来的好，这里交通很便利，周边五柳巷、河坊街、南宋御街吃喝玩乐很方便，我就是来逛吃逛吃的！离西湖有一点点远步行估计半小时吧，可以考虑打车起步价就到了！

这客栈地理位置还是挺好的 门面不起眼 但是里面是中式的老宅子改建的 挺好的 很谧静 出行吃饭购物方便 旁边有老街 离西湖景区也近 前台服务周到 美中不足就是没有停车位

民宿住的就是小情调，喜欢的朋友可以入住，早餐在前一晚确认中餐或西餐，还可以吧。空间较小不能加床了，没有停车场，滴滴打车挺方便。靠近河坊街晚上去逛一下可以，不足的是空调正对着床，一晚上吹得很不舒服。也感谢店家帮忙延时下午两点半退房，中午可以休息一下
